  • These are helpful ideas. Really, this is like a checklist of seemingly small but important steps you can take to help yourself.

    Personally, I have experienced a lot of benefit by focusing on improving my quality of sleep. I purchased hypoallergenic pillows and blankets, and now I find I go to sleep more easily and stay asleep longer. I also have developed a restful bedtime routine where I have some chamomile tea with manuka honey before bed. 🙂

  • These are some very good tips here. I’ve learned to live with it by eating healthier, no caffeine, meditation, a good soak and an awesome support system, including family, friends and a support group. And it’s okay to get rid of the negativity in your life. Everyone deserves to have a stress-free life. And I’m lucky to be able to work from home (I’m a medical transcriptionist) so that really helps with the flare-ups I get throughout the day.

  • Great article! I have never considered a hair test, but I have had blood work done…I also have psoriatric arthritis. I was very low in vit D and folate. Supplementing both has helped a lot! I am very blessed with a family that helps a lot!
