  • It is really annoying to always be told to ask your HCP for help. That is the last person I can go to for help. She knows nothing about fibromyalgia and how to treat it. She asks me what medication I would like. Really helpful!
    Going to my GP just makes my depression worse.

    • I know what you mean. However I have found talking to friends who also live with chronic pain – not necessarily Fibro – helps ground me and focus. I met these friends through a pain clinic. The clinic was not all that good but these friends made it worth while.
      Having said that, there are times specially at night I find myself in tears. This Fibro sucks!!! But don’t let it beat us. I try to take the power away from it!!
